Shipping policy

Return Policy: 

Purchases are able for return 30 days after online purchase. (letter Mail, and Tracked orders)please note: any sealed product cannot be returned once opened or tampered with. 
 **All Purchases On Digital Codes Are Final Sale, No Refunds Or Exchange.**


Returns: 

  • 30 days return on new and unopened merchandise with tags included on items that come with tags. 
  • no returns on digital code, used or opened items, exchange for same items only. 

 

Refunds: 

  • all eligible refunds are paid back the same way the item was purchased. 
  • Refunds will be completed upon return and items have been delivered to Link2YourPast owners.

Shipping: 

  • items will be returned through mail. which ever shipping service is suitable. 
  • defective returns are eligible for paid return postage. 
  • International shipping with no tracking may take up to 2 months to deliver depending on carrier & location

* All items will be shipped via Canada Post and or Chit Chat based on size of the order and items. due to size and weight, shipping on these items will be charged at check out.

Canadian shipping rates: 

Canada Post Letter mail - service start at $4.00 per item. (large items will not be eligible for this service) service can take up to 1-14 days. (due to Covid-19 sometimes shipping may be delayed.) All items are shipped out of Ancaster and Binbrook Ontario. Please note all letter mail does not offer tracking! 

*letter mail can be offered over seas but please note it may take up to 2 months to receive the order. 

parcels are insured up to $100 in case of loss packages. 

Canada Post Expedited - service varies on location and size of the parcel. larger items may not be available for this option. 1-14 business days to arrive based on location. tracking and insurance is available for this service. 

Canada Post Express Post - service varies on location and size of the parcel. 1-7 business days to arrive based on order location. tracking and insurances is available for this service.  

Chit Chat - service varies on location (Canada and US) and size of parcel, all parcels will have insurance included. 1-10 business day for delivery across Canada and US. International orders will depend on country the parcel will be shipped to. All international orders prices will vary on the country it will be shipping to. all orders purchased through Chit Chat will have tracking and insurance included. 

International Shipping- Due to previous experiences international shipping is only available with tracking, unless the item is under $20 Canadian Dollars.
